The RLL35H 316SS is a 35mm stainless steel ratchet tie down strap with wire hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 1500kg. Manufactured in the UK, this strap is specifically designed for use in harsh environments where resistance to salt, acid, or chemical exposure is required—ideal for marine transport, food-grade logistics, or corrosive industrial settings.
The strap complies with European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 750daN (750kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lash sizes are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m with a fixed end of 0.2m.
Made from high-quality black polyester webbing and stitched with heavy-duty Number 18 polyester thread, the strap offers long-lasting durability and reliability. The ratchet buckle is constructed entirely from 316 stainless steel, including the handle, springs, and core components. The wire hooks are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and strength.
