GTF manufactures a range of 25mm, 35mm and 50mm Stainless Steel Ratchet straps. We offer 304SS and 316SS depending on the environment the straps are being used in. High tenacity black polyester webbing that is UV stabilised is used through out our range of stainless steel webbing straps.
The 304 Stainless Steel grade of buckle is used in the food industry, in acidic conditions in the fruit industry, in sterile environments such as dairy and in conditions where the components are exposed to damp and maritime (therefore salty) corrosive conditions.
The 316 Stainless Steel Buckles increases further the steel’s resistance to corrosion in the most extreme environments including brine baths and acid environments encountered in the paper industry and is the principle stainless steel used in extreme maritime environments.
An exact identification of the type of Stainless Steel can be obtained using a Vulcan Laser Induced Breakdown (LIBS) analyser, of the type used in production by GTF.
The ratchet straps are manufactured to the European Load Restraint Standard EN12195-2.
The Wire Hook attachments are all made from 304 Stainless Steel. We are able to make bespoke straps to customer requirements; we offer a wide choice of Stainless Steel Ratchet Buckles, Stainless Steel Wire Hooks and variety of webbings.
