Ratchet Buckle 50mm 2000Kgs Wide Handle
The RB5020WH is a 50mm wide handle ratchet buckle designed for 50mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking wide handle ratchet and has a steel handle.
The base of the ratchet has two 7mm holes, one at the back of the base and the other at the front. The base also has and has a nut and bolt for attaching the webbing.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number RB5020WH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.

The RB5020WH ratchet is used in our range of 50mm light weight ratchet straps and used extensively in the production of our bespoke ratchet straps. GTF also have a range of 50mm end fittings and 50mm polyester webbing that can be used in conjunction with the RB5020WH Ratchet Buckle.
