Ratchet Buckle 50mm 3000Kgs made from 316 Stainless Steel.
The RB5030LOKSS is a 50mm Stainless Steel Ratchet Buckle designed for 50mm webbing. All the parts of the RB5030LOKSS ratchet buckle are made from Marine Grade 316SS from the base and handle down to the springs.
It has a breaking strength (BS) of 3000Kg. It is a locking ratchet with a stainless steel Long wide handle. The ratchet buckle is a locking ratchet and has a solid wide handle. The base of the ratchet has a 10mm hole and comes with a nut, bolt and spacer.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1500daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the supplier’s name GTF and part number RB5030LOKSS for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 3000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel.
