The RB5060LOK-BK is a long wide-handled black epoxy-coated ratchet buckle designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 6000kg and features a locking ratchet mechanism with a durable steel handle.
The base of the ratchet includes an 8mm hole, allowing it to be securely bolted to permanent structures. This heavy-duty ratchet buckle is commonly used for restraining lorry straps in road transport applications.
The RB5060LOK-BK can also be manufactured in other colours, including yellow, blue, red, or green, when ordered in bulk quantities.
The RB5060LOK-BK meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 30kN (3000kg). This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB5060LOK-BK for full traceability. The breaking strength of 6000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB5060LOK-BK is designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 30kN and weighs 1450 grams (1.450kg).
