The RB75100 is a 75mm ratchet buckle designed for use with 75mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 10,000kg (10 tonnes) and features a non-locking ratchet mechanism with a durable aluminium handle.
The base of the ratchet includes three 10mm holes, allowing it to be securely bolted to permanent structures. This heavy-duty ratchet buckle is commonly used for restraining heavy loads in road transport or shipping applications.
The RB75100 meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 50kN (5000kg). This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB75100 for full traceability. The breaking strength of 10,000kg (10 tonnes) is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB75100 is designed for use with 75mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 50kN and weighs 3200 grams (3.2kg).
