Ratchet Buckle 35mm 1500Kgs made from 316 Stainless Steel
The RB3515LOKSS is a 35mm Stainless Steel Ratchet Buckle specifically designed for 35mm webbing. All the parts of the RB3515LOKSS ratchet are made from 316 Stainless Steel from the base and handle down to the springs, washers, spacers, nuts and bolts. There is also an 8mm hole in the base of the buckle.
It has a breaking strength (BS) of 1500kg. The ratchet buckle is a locking ratchet and has a Stainless Steel handle. The base of the ratchet has a 8mm hole and a nut bolt and spacer. The spreader bars are kept together with split pins.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 750daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the supplier’s name GTF and part number RB3515LOKSS for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 1500kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
